Tufts Engineers Without Borders 6k Run 2018

Want to get fit and support awesome international development work? Come to Tufts Engineers Without Borders' annual 6k run! Why is it a 6k? It's the average distance women in Africa and Asia need to walk to get water (per the UN). The race will begin at 10 AM sharp so show up early to pick up your bib number. The top male and female finishers will receive prizes!

"THE END OF THE WORLD" or "Why Justice Is Our Biggest Problem?" “Our world is corrupt. The best proof of this is our desire for justice. We want fairness. We want equal opportunity. We want a level playing field. We want a rule of law that applies to everyone. We make justice a goal, a way to peace. We think that justice is a sign of a healthy society. But nothing could be farther from the truth. Anyone who has given the matter any amount of thought will see the problem with “people getting what they deserve.” A world that makes sense in this way is the last thing we should want.

INQUIRY 2018: The Future Nuclear Imperative

Inquiry is a global issues simulation program for high school students developed by EPIIC. Inquiry provides a unique opportunity for high school students from across the country to participate in a weekend-long intellectual and challenging simulation centered on a pertinent international or domestic issue. Inquiry creates a forum for young students to engage deeply with compelling issues through intensive study, role-play, and mentorship by Institute students studying the topic in-depth.
