Preventing Genocide and Mass Atrocities

The international symposium is an annual public forum designed and enacted by EPIIC students. It features international practitioners, academics, public intellectuals, activists and journalists who come to Tufts each year for three days of discussion and debate in panels and small-group discussions determined by students in the EPIIC course. Students who conduct research projects also have the opportunity to present alongside the invited experts.

ALLIES Weekly Discussion: Conflict in the Caucasus

Nagorno-Karabakh, the border-region claimed by both Armenia and Azerbaijan, made headlines recently due to its worst border clashes since 2016. Join ALLIES this Wednesday as we discuss the future of Nagarono-Karabakh, and the implications of these border clashes for Armenia and Azerbaijan, in addition to the rest of the countries in the South Caucasus region who have also taken sides in this conflict.
