Gender and Justice in Latin American Development

Come to a discussion with speaker Sebastian Molano, the Gender Justice and Project Manager Consultant for Oxfam America in Boston. Topics will include gender equality, human rights, and sustainable development.

Sebastian Molano has worked throughout Latin America in countries including Honduras and Guatemala managing development projects and consulting for nonprofits. His work places an emphasis on creating social change through defying gender roles. He developed the "Redefining Man Up" campaign to illustrate the effects that traditional masculine norms and roles have on minorities and women.
