Colonel Steve Banach Lecture

Come welcome Col (Ret.) Steve Banach for a lecture, presented by ALLIES in conjunction with the Institute for Global Leadership. Join Col Banach as he shares how applying and implementing a strategic thinking and organizational learning framework, coupled with utilizing a systems thinking approach, will change the competitive advantage of an organization from a data-driven reactive preference to an anticipatory, organic culture. This transformed culture produces a range of potential options that, once applied, provides the flexibility and competence for sustainability.

Film Screening: The Invisible War

ALLIES, in collaboration with the Women’s Center, will screen Impact Partners’ second Academy Award nominated documentary this season, “The Invisible War.” This is a groundbreaking investigative documentary about one of America’s most shameful and best kept secrets: the epidemic of rape within the U.S. military. The film paints a startling picture of the extent of the problem – today, a female soldier in combat zones is more likely to be raped by a fellow soldier than killed by enemy fire.
