Boston Israeli-Palestinian Alternative Memorial Day

Please join J Street U at Tufts in marking the annual Israeli-Palestinian memorial day ceremony, hosted each year in Tel Aviv by Combatants for Peace and the Parents Circle and this year marked by their supporters in cities worldwide. For the past twelve years, this ceremony has offered an opportunity to move beyond nationalistic narratives of loss traditionally offered on Israel's memorial day and focus on sharing the deep pain and suffering that conflict and occupation inflict on all involved.
