ALLIES Weekly Discussion-Huawei and 5G

5G is the next big technological race and promises to revolutionize technology. Chinese company Huawei is the dominating competitor in the 5G market right now, counting the German and British governments among its list of customers despite U.S. protests against Huawei. Join ALLIES and this week's cohost, SURGE, to discuss how American scrutiny of Huawei impacts the U.S.'s development of 5G infrastructure, along with that of its allies. As usual, no prior knowledge is necessary and background readings will be provided at the meeting. We hope to see you there!
